These Terms govern your use of the Taste Gym app and tastegym.com (together, the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1) Who we are

Taste Gym is operated by Comora Pty Ltd (New South Wales, Australia).

2) Your use of Taste Gym

You may use Taste Gym for personal, non-commercial purposes.

You agree not to:

• reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code (except where the law permits it)
• misuse the Service (including harassment, abuse, or illegal activity)
• interfere with the Service or attempt to bypass paywalls or security features
• share or transfer your account access to others
• create multiple accounts to abuse features or promotions

3) Accounts and Cloud Backup

Taste Gym offers optional cloud backup to save and restore your training data.

If you enable cloud backup:

• You are responsible for maintaining access to the email address associated with your account.
• You agree to receive transactional emails from us (such as magic link sign-in emails).
• You are responsible for the security of your email account.
• We may suspend or delete accounts that violate these Terms or remain inactive for an extended period.

Apple Sign-In: If you sign in with Apple, your account is linked to your Apple ID. You are responsible for maintaining access to your Apple ID.

Data deletion: You can delete your cloud backup data at any time through the app settings or by contacting support@tastegym.com.

4) The "training" nature of the app

Taste Gym is a practice tool for judgment. It is not professional advice (legal, medical, financial, or otherwise). You are responsible for the decisions you make outside the app.

5) Purchases and subscriptions

Taste Gym may offer optional in-app purchases or subscriptions (such as Taste Gym Pro). Billing and subscription management are handled by Apple via the App Store.

• Refunds and billing disputes are governed by Apple policies.
• If you start a subscription, it may auto-renew unless canceled through your Apple ID settings.
• Some features, including cloud backup, may require an active subscription.

6) Intellectual property

Taste Gym and all associated content, designs, and software are owned by Comora Pty Ltd or its licensors. You do not acquire ownership rights by using the Service.

7) Your content and data

Local data: Training data stored on your device belongs to you.

Cloud backup data: If you enable backup, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and transmit your data solely to provide the backup service.

Taste Gym currently does not provide public posting or social features. If that changes, we will update these Terms.

8) Availability and changes

We may update, change, or discontinue parts of the Service at any time. We try to keep Taste Gym stable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access.

If we discontinue the cloud backup service, we will provide reasonable notice so you can export or save your data.

9) Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not guarantee that cloud backup will be error-free or that your data will never be lost. We recommend keeping the app installed so your on-device data remains available as a backup.

10) Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Comora Pty Ltd is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill arising from your use of the Service.

Where liability cannot be excluded by law, it is limited to the minimum extent permitted.

11) Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service if you breach these Terms or misuse the Service.

You may terminate your account at any time by deleting your cloud backup data through the app or contacting support.

12) Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Courts located in New South Wales will have jurisdiction over disputes, except where consumer protection laws require otherwise.
